
Retreat Booking Terms & Conditions

Retreat Dates: 11th – 15th May 2026
1. Booking & Payments
1.1 Deposit
To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit of £400 is required at the time of booking.
This deposit goes toward your total retreat fee.
1.2 Payment Plans
You may choose to pay in full or in instalments. If using a payment plan, all remaining payments must be completed 60 days ahead of retreat start
1.3 Late Payments
If a payment is missed, or you fail to pay by the final deadline we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
Failure to pay by the deadlines may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.

2. Cancellations & Refund Policy
2.1 Your Cancellation

Cancellations in writing made more than 60 days before the retreat start date: Deposit is non-refundable; any additional payments will be refunded minus a £50 admin fee.

Cancellations in writing made 30–60 days before retreat: 50% refund of the total amount paid.

Cancellations in writing less than 30 days before retreat: No refunds will be issued.

You may transfer your spot to another participant if approved by the retreat host.

2.2 Our Cancellation
If we must cancel the retreat due to low enrolment, natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances, all payments including your deposit will be refunded in full or transferred to a future retreat date (your choice).
We are not responsible for your flight, accommodation, or other travel costs not paid directly to us.

3. Travel & Insurance
• All participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from the retreat site.
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation for any reason, medical emergencies, and COVID-related delays or restrictions.
• We are not responsible for any delays, lost baggage, flight cancellations, or travel-related costs.

4. Health, Safety & Participation
• You participate voluntarily and understand that the retreat may involve light physical activity, time in nature, and shared spaces. .
• You certify that you are physically and mentally fit and able to participate. You agree to notify us of any allergies, medical conditions, or accessibility at time of booking.
• By booking, you are confirming that your participation is at your own risk, and the organisers are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the retreat.

5. Code of Conduct
• This retreat is a safe, inclusive space for all.
• Discrimination, harassment, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in
removal without refund.
• Respect the local landscape, quiet hours, local community customs, and fellow attendees.

6. Changes to Itinerary
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the retreat itinerary, facilitators,
or accommodation if necessary due to weather, safety, or other unforeseen events.
Any significant changes will be communicated as soon as possible.

7. Photography & Media
• By attending, you grant permission for photos and videos taken during the retreat to be used for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing before arrival.

8. Accomodation & meals
• The retreat fee includes private accommodation (as specified at booking), meals, and scheduled activities.
•Special dietary requirements will be accommodated but must be advised at time of booking.

9. Liability Waiver
By booking this retreat, you acknowledge that:
• You are participating at your own risk;
• You release the host, venue, and facilitators from liability for any injury, illness, loss, or damage during your travel or stay;
• You agree to these terms as a legally binding agreement.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
