What to bring:
Clothing:

Waterproof clothes + walking shoes – although your nature connection experiences are on site and

you don’t cover large distances outdoors; comfortable/waterproof shoes + waterproofs

are highly recommended in case it rains.

Journal/Sketch book
Ideal for recording details of your experiences that will fuel your inspiration.

Making notes or sketching details offers a more meaningful and memorable way to record your connections.

Laptop/Tablet/Phone
Although our aim is to disconnect you from your devices as much as possible during the retreat,

you may wish to use a device for the vision + mood boarding workshop. It is not essential to the session

to use a device, but it may be your preference to use one to prepare ideas to discuss for the 1-2-1 sessions.
